Lynchburg Morning Breaks Club Record for Largest Service Project

This Saturday, Lynchburg Morning Rotarians, family and friends packed over 10,000 meals to be sent to Haiti at the Lynchburg Headquarters of Rise Against Hunger on Timberlake Road. The materials for the packaging project were paid for through funds raised at the 28th Annual Golf Tournament in April of this year. Attendees were instructed by club member Troy Henson and wrapped up just shy of 11 am.

With over 40 people registered for this event the August 26th event has become the largest service project in club history. Well done Rotary Club of Lynchburg Morning!
